I first met David McHugh from the Michael Saunders Company at an open house that he was representing for a client. We informed David that we were not buyers, just looking and not ready to purchase at this time. As it turned out, we talked to David at length regarding the market, pricing inventory, etc. Being the true professional, he was willing to talk to us at length knowing that we were not buyers at that time. About 1 year later, when it was time to sell our house and select a real estate sales company to represent our and market our house, I recalled my meeting with David McHugh with the Michael Saunders Company a year earlier. I contacted David McHugh to ask if he would be interested with representing our house for sale. After we talked on the phone, he recalled our meeting from the prior year. He agreed to view our house and a discuss a marketing strategy for the home sale. Based on David’s presentation and proposal, we selected the Michael Saunders Company to represent the sale of our house in Lakewood Ranch. The logistics and sale of the property would present a unique challenge to David and the Michael Saunders & Company, as my wife and I would be traveling throughout the entire time the house was listed for sale. At times, we had very limited cell / WiFi service. Somehow, David made it work.
